Leader of Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) Shepherd Bushiri has donated relief items to more than 2000 households affected by floods in Mulanje District.

Bushiri believes the items will help in supplementing food, housing and sanitation requirements.

The ECG leader is expected to reach out to more than 4000 households affected by floods under a planned first phase.

The items donated include maize, sugar, plastic sheets for roofing and plastic buckets among others.
